Universe signs

Context - I’m a firm believer in signs. I am sort of happily married and blessed with a 2 year old. Just before meeting my husband I had a breakup with a guy I was seeing. Let’s call him X. X and I had a very brief passionate relationship/ fling. I had to fly to my home country briefly and he suddenly ghosted me.
i was just deleted from everywhere.

I moved on.

a year later he was sat right behind me (with his wife/gf) when I was travelling to Paris for the first time on Eurostar with my husband. Imagine the coincidence (or universe) - exactly behind me.

4 years later (last weekend) I was visiting a temple with my son and husband. The temple is spread over 2 floors. There is a main prayer room with deities and other rooms , one serving hot food. And guess what , I saw him as I entered the prayer room. Not anywhere else. Inside. Right before the Gods!!! How am I supposed to interpret that.

I’m at a loss. Please help.

@FTMFeb21 I am plagued by strange coincidence's and so called 'signs' from the universe. Look up quantum entanglement and its possible effect on humans. (What a rabbit hole to go down! )

When you say 'sort of' happily married do you mean you think you keep seeing an old flame as a sign your not with the right person?

I believe in signs too. Said this story many times on MN but my gran died (mums mum) and the day of her funeral there was a massive thunderstorm and lightning hit our house. It only caused a socket to blow so quick and simple for dad to fix the front panel. From that day my mum used to say when she died she'd make thunder and lightning storm like her mum did. Literally 20 mins after my mum died a huge supercell thunderstorm hit the UK and my county, there were 3 storms, and 2 were over mine and my brothers houses. (It was 28.6.2012 - it's even in Wikipedia!)I drove over to my brothers house to stay because my husband was away and I had two small kids and needed to grieve with DB. The storm and rain followed me the whole way. It was such a strange thing to happen because she's literally said it for sooo many years, I was 9 when grandmother died and 40 when my mum died - so 31 years of her Saying 'I'll make it thunder and lightning when I die don't forget it'll be me saying goodbye'

Do you say to your relatives the same thing?

@Theyarecoming - she only really told me, my brother and my dad, dad died before her, my brother doesn't believe in woo but does think it's a bizarre coincidence

  1. a remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection.
  2. the fact of corresponding in nature or in time of occurrence.

That's how I interpret it. Coincidences are real. People know about and experience them. They are ubiquitous.
'Universe signs' are an unknown to me. I'm not sure they're a thing.

@pictoosh if there wasn't such a thing as coincidence then there wouldn't be a word for it I agree! Also see confirmation-bias.

But...BUT.....

Has anything ever happened to you that you had to say F**KING HELL what ARE the CHANCES!

More things in heaven and earth and all that!

I do believe in woo though! The truth is out there pictoosh😁

We were at a restaurant in another town , talking about an old friend we hadn't seen for over thirty years and mid conversation he walked into the restaurant. That blew my mind !

I remember this storm, my mum was in hospital and it was 2 weeks before she died. I remember thinking it was ominous and had a smell of death if that makes sense 💐
