I started a new job in a building built in 1500 something. One day in a room upstairs I felt someone above and behind me and it felt like the light was also blocked from the window because it got darker like someone was actually leaving over me.
obviously there was no one there.
I am intrigued by this but sometimes frightened.
if ever I find something in the house it’s always in that room, the house has 7 bedrooms and several other rooms. I’ve never found anything odd just found coins, a lighter, a pair of frilly knickers and one time the door closed, which could all be coincidences.

when I did mention to my co worker about a presence she said yes but we don’t speak about it because then it gets naughty.

so what do you think? Should I ignore and pretend like nothing or acknowledge the something in that one room.

please don’t think I’m insane.

You’ll get loads of people saying it’s non woo but I have had strange experiences in 2 buildings both very old, Conquest House in Canterbury (in toilet but also in other parts) and in Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese in London (toilet too but also lower pub area).

Both mine have been quite threatening/unsettling, like they didn’t want you to be there and on second visit to pub there was nothing. No mental illness or depression and no alcohol etc drunk either!

My reiki friend would say just burn sage or speak to the room saying you don’t mean it any harm, or ask a reiki friend for healing.

@GonnaGetGoingReturns thanks, yes I think most people will think it’s a imagination because it can’t be proven.

it’s weird how it was so strong and then nothing and that’s my experience here too. Odd

When you sense it around send it blessings (speak inwardly if needed) and visualise white or pink light filling the room.

You're not insane. Many people aren't tuned into this kind of thing so they dismiss it but energies are everywhere. Don't be afraid of it just wish it well and send it love.
