Toddler's voice changed overnight

Overnight my toddler's (28m DS) speech has completely changed and now his voice goes up at the end of every sentence, as if he is asking a question (even when it's not). It's really like talking to a different child. It came on so suddenly I'm not sure whether it's a normal developmental thing (just something he's trying out) or whether I should be concerned. Has anyone come across this behaviour before?

Does he watch a lot of Bluey?

I spent a year in Australia and everyone laughed at me when I came back as, without realising, I was doing this at the end of every sentence too...!

Yup likely an external influence from TV or real life. DD adopted the accent of one of her nursery workers at a similar age 😊

Thanks all. He does watch Bluey, but not that much (one episode a day). I've stopped him watching it this week and his voice is already going back to normal.
