\i have been offered a new job and simply can't decide whether to take it. I'm not particularly happy in my current role and want to move on; the new role will be a higher salary (not significantly so, but would help) and has better prospects for promotion, but there are other things that put me off (managing a much bigger team and location of job). I've done the usual pro's and con's lists etc but am getting nowhere and have to give an answer in the next few days. Does anyone feel that they can help my decision please? (I'm thinking perhaps someone with a gift for seeing/sensing beyond the facts). I know it's a long shot but could do with some divine guidance! Thanks.
