Hi all,

so I’m not a super big believer in the paranormal (do love a good horror though) but last night at 4am I could hear DS2 giggling away on his bedroom, proper belly laughs so I went upstairs to make sure he was okay and as I got to his cot he was sat up and I said ”are you okay baby?” And not he watched as if someone was leaving his room, so followed it round until his head got to the door and waved “bye-bye”.

He's only 2 so could it have been his imagination, trick of the light, a dream carrying over?

I really don't know what to think about it

He was imagining things, possibly just sitting up while still asleep.

did he just go to sleep after that?

He was wide awake, he got up after that and went back to sleep an hour or so later

You know little kids are alot more susceptible to these things don’t you?

I did think that but I'm a bit of a skeptic although I did tell my dad (who died last march) to stop waking him up at 4am haha.

I just thought it was a bit unusual especially as he only says "bye-bye" when it's appropriate so who knows

I've seen this happen twice with young children. Once a friend was over with her 2 or 3 year old. He started 'talking' to someone in the living room who we couldn't see. Then my niece a few years later started laughing and chattering with someone (in the same living room). My sister asked who she was talking to and she said 'don't worry it's only aunty X' who had died in the previous year. I freaked out both times!!😂 it was a very creepy house.

Ha.

So driving past a graveyard when my daughter was 3.

‘mummy what are all those people doing’

I look expecting to see a funeral in motion but no one there so I click..

“it’s just the gravestones darling. They aren’t people”

“No mummy. Not the gravestones. The people standing next to them. “
I look again. No one. Empty.

!!!!!!!!!

I still can’t look at that particular graveyard when I drive past.

All mine have spoken to the air above them.

You know laid in bed as toddlers and pointing above them and laughing. My DD followed something around the room with her finger pointed. I also saw a blue light in her room above her cot (three separate times) when settling her (in the dark).

My son would do it so much as a baby that I got used to it. Sometimes the kids would look past me at something or would scowl and say, don't tell me off, whilst looking at something I couldn't see (playing on my own with them).

Youngest has played peak aboo with grandad (who passed 6 months prior) and there was nobody there, DS never played it with us (something we just never did). My relative always played it with babies though. I said who are you talking to darling? Oh it's grandad, he's playing with me and making me laugh.

He also went through a phase of pointing to ceiling in same room we saw the blue light and said please get the thing with wings out my room. This went on every night for about 2 weeks. So I put some rosary beads in and it stopped.

I really don't know what to think.

That's so freaky!! When my son was about 2 he started screaming and crying about going into a particular room in the house, literally screaming and hanging on to me. He kept saying ghost, ghost, (have no idea how he knew what a ghost was), he refused to go into that room for about three days, every time we tried to take him in (without mentioning any ghost) he screamed and hung onto us. After a few days he said "ghost gone now" and went in quite happily! He has never mentioned it since. He also has a really freaky story about a past life. Kids can be spooky!

Wow that's amazing! Does it bring you any comfort?
