Past life regression: has anyone done it?

I am curious if anyone has ever gone to a hypnotist to try and discover if they have had a "past life"?

I must admit that I am very sceptical of anything outside the rational, scientific, physical world. But I realise that we do not know everything about ourselves and I am open to new ideas.

Have you ever been regressed? Or anyone you know? If not, would you do it - or do you think it is a load of baloney?

if I answer which website/ paper will I be in?

I'm a hypnotist -I don't believe in past life regression and wouldn't take on a client who wanted to try it.

I did it once .

I'm not sure if it was a real experience or an imaginary one .

I had a tape recording, but long since lost it.

I recall being in a mahogany clad room . I was sewing . I wore a white dress. I also remember a photograph in a garden with rose bushes - That's all I can remember.

I don't sew btw ! And white is definitely not my colour.

It was a bit odd. I don't entirely trust that it was real .

I've searched on here for this very topic. We've just had a conversation in work about this tonight. I have a memory of being in a squat wearing 1960s clothes everytime i hear "nights in white satin" and people taking drugs around me. Also, when I hear a greensleeves kind of tune I have a memory of being a small girl on top on a huge staircase watching people dance...neither of which I have ever done. I've had these memories since I was tiny. I actually remember telling my dad about the staircase when I was about 6...I'd actually like to know more about it but I'm still not sure I believe in it 😬

I have done this using a meditation app. The meditation says that each time you do it you’ll be taken back to a different past life.
The first 3 times I did it I was able to see very clear images and then since then , nothing. Maybe I’ve only had 3 past lives or maybe I have used the full extent of my imagination
The images I saw were very clear and I could feel strong emotions along with them.
It’s a topic that interests me but I have no way of knowing if what I experienced was a kind of dream or something else.
