Has anyone received a Parking Charge Notice Invoice from national parking enforcement recently? I got one years ago and just ignored it and it went away!
Just wondering how they operate these days?

Don't admit to being the driver at the time of the offence, only that you are the owner

It got me out of a "invoice" for £70 for an eleven minute overstay at a local retail park
