Help me find my friend's retirement gift

I bought my friend a personalised retirement gift from Etsy which was delivered last week.

My daughter was looking at it so I wrapped it back up in its box and put it SOMEWHERE for safekeeping.

Went to take it to the office, and it has DISAPPEARED. I've turned the house upside down looking for it.

If anyone can offer any suggestions as to where it might be, please help. I need to find it before Friday.

Can you describe the box? Size, colour etc?

I would say you put the whole lot into recycling.

PS I'm peri and have massive brain fog. Walking through last remembered steps has not helped.

FOUND it!!

The gift is in a white cardboard box, of a similar size you might pack a coffee mug in (that's not the gift BTW).

My daughter has paint sticks in a very similar box so SOMEONE had tidied it away in her craft desk.

Phew!
