I was sitting next to my 2 and a half year old grandson the other day and out of the blue he said, I’ve got 2 daddies Nana. Have you, I said, where’s your other daddy? I don’t know, he said. What’s his name I asked, I think it’s Gordon, he said. I was a bit taken aback so I didn’t ask him anything else.
I’m seeing him again this weekend, should I ask him something else about his other daddy, if so, what, or should I leave well alone?

Did you end up asking him anything?

Not the same but when my son was a baby, I was holding him in my arms, alone in the house. Several times, he fixed his gaze away from me, would smile/giggle in that direction then look away as though he was playing a game of peek a boo with someone... it did freak me out

I saw him last weekend and I didn’t refer to it again. Although we were playing a game of getting on a plane and going on holiday as they’re due to go on holiday to Greece in 3 weeks time. He kept insisting we go to some place called Paduga. None of us had ever heard of this place and have no idea where he got the name from. He mentioned it several times over the weekend, about going to Paduga. Very strange.

There's Parga in Greece. Padua is in Italy.

When ds was first learning to speak he would say 'Timmock'. I put it down to a past life connection.

I’m sure there must have been more to it for you to jump to that conclusion. All babies say “words” that might not mean anything seemingly relevant but it doesn’t mean they’re remember a past life.
