Higher self questions

If you believe in a higher self, have you successfully communicated with them? Or with someone else's higher self?!

If so, did it take practice (and if it did, what did you do to practice?) or is it something you do naturally?

I don't know if it's a higher self or external source wisdom but at pivotal points in my life a voice that feels external to me but also from within has given me information or guidance. it happened when I met my husband, when I struggled with my fertility for years. Then came again when I felt pregnant. Finally, once when I was paralysed with anxiety about a big decision (which was actually definitely the right choice) but I was in danger of letting fear hold me back. I also get it a lot telling me when not to do something. I always follow the advice so I don't know what would happen if I didn't or if it really matters. But I trust it so don't question it now.

Just discovered mine through Soul Centred Healing ( a type of hypnotherapy). Quite stunned by it. Though never aware of it before and made 100s of shitty decisions
