Anyone want a reading?

Going to limit it to the first five as last time I did this (under another name) it went a bit mental. But I've got a new set of cards and I'd like to see if I'm comfortable using their imagery.

Disclaimer: I am not woo. I do not have, or believe myself to have 'powers.' I use the cards purely as a focus for thoughts about situations.

So with that in mind, hit me up!

The cards suggest you have a great gift for creativity but that you have recently missed an opportunity to manifest it and are beating yourself up about it unnecessarily. It feels like you think that you have missed a chance to be your true self, and have accepted present responsibilities as being greater than being true to yourself.

You mustn't let this pattern of thought become a self fulfilling prophecy, as the cards indicate that you have a tendency for cycles of self sabotage followed by regret and anger. Grab the current opportunities as they present themselves and make them work for you rather than telling yourself it wasn't meant to be.

Your cards are very linear. You're on a path, and you have a clear idea of where you're going. You've worked hard to get yourself in the position you are now and you've built from a solid foundation, be that physical, financial or interpersonal. At this moment of time, all plates are spinning perfectly. BUT.

It's impossible to keep them in the air indefinitely, and some of your cards indicate that this isn't who you actually are as a person. You've got a front up and you're trying just that bit too hard. You'll wear yourself out. Modify your behaviour to a more realistic level now before things take a disappointing turn. It looks like someone is irritating you at the moment, interfering where they are not wanted. Looks to be an older woman, or someone who thinks that they have more clout or knowledge than you do. They make you feel childish and a bit daft at times, and your natural inclination is to either go behind their back or just completely ignore their advice.

In this instance, you might want to listen a little closely to what they are saying and not dismiss it entirely as there could well be a grain of truth in what they are telling you this time. Take the time to evaluate it and do your own research. Their interference has your best interest at heart.

It looks like everything seems a bit up in the air right now. You've got a lot of thoughts flying around in your head which seem to be related to a recent shift in attitude you've had about something. You're doubting yourself and your abilities, but don't, as there's about to be a 'Ta Dah!' moment very soon that will tell you whether you're on the right path.

If you feel that you're not connecting as well with people as you do normally, remember that they might be feeling exactly the same way. It's easy to get caught up in our own emotions to the point of remembering that everyone else has a perspective on events as well. Talking things through should restore balance.
