Random smells of perfume

Every now and then , I think its mainly when im sat in my bedroom alone, i will get a random smell of perfume.. anyone else get this ?

I have had this, usually a Berry smell in this house! I don't use any artificial air freshener or candles so no idea where it comes from!

There sometimes used to be a smell of lavender on the stairs at our previous house, DDs used to joke Lavender Lady is here again! Lived there 25 years, had new stair carpet, fully decorated a couple times - smell still occurred randomly.

I get this in my garden. Men's deodorant even though it's a few hundred metres from anyone's house!!

I'm generally very skeptical about supernatural things, but when my mum and I moved into a new build, when I was 20, the first few weeks right outside the bathroom we would smell the strongest smell of men's cologne on and off (it was only us there and no male visitors / partners etc).
Also within the first month or so, my mum would go in her bedroom and found her large mirror on the floor - having been on a dressing table. This happened 3 times.
We were the first people in the house after it'd been built. It was built on the site of what had been a care home.
Honestly we joked about it being a ghost, tongue in cheek mainly as we don't usually believe in that kind of thing, but I'd be lying if I said we didn't consider it.
Oh another time, after we'd been there about 6 months, we were sat in the lounge watching telly and the loudest bangs happened from the room above, as if something had fallen on to the floor from upstairs. Very very loud, clear as day. We immediately checked upstairs, the loft, and the roof and street around us, and there was nothing around at all. It was insanely loud and directly above our heads. Honestly completely unexplainable.

Fast forward about 10 years and I'm visiting with DH. We get in my car to leave - which is parked on DMs driveway in front of, and facing, her living room window.
We belt up, and suddenly I see a white figure reflected in her living room window, but as if something would have moved between the house and the car, but nothing had.
Honestly, I'm so skeptical generally and possibly there is a reasonable explanation for any of these things but from my perspective they are all unexplained and very strange.

I’ve woken up to a very strong smell of perfume a couple of times since I moved to my current house. It’s a specific perfume that was very popular around 20 years ago. It’s still available now but I don’t own it or one like it and never have. Both times I’ve woken in the middle of the night to the smell I’ve assumed to start with that it’s some sort of hallucination (but a smell not a vision) but both times I have them been wide awake for over an hour and it’s got stronger and stronger and hasn’t disappeared so it can’t be. It’s like someone wearing too much of it is right next to me on the bed. I haven’t been scared by it but I don’t know what to make of it.

It's an olfactory hallucination and they're not uncommon - the official name is phantosmia. I get them where I can smell smoke, usually in the middle of the night.
