To feel present this has happened before

Hi all

I have felt numerous times doing normal things like opening doors and noticed something in surroundings that knew straightaway that I felt this moment before.

Does this happen to anyone or me losing my mind ?

Like, deja vu?

Have you really never heard of deja vu?

Deja vu? I once heard this explained...no idea of its true but it sounded plausible. So when something happens it skips straight to the memory part of your brain bypassing the part which processes what is happening in the present so you view it as a memory.

No I have heard deja vu in movies but never googled it . I am going to do it now

Happens to me quite often at random times although maybe less so as I get older.
The weird thing is I can sometimes guess what is coming next, never lasts long though.

Glitch in the matrix..

I've had this happen a few times.
I find it really unnerving.

Used to happen to me when I was younger and used to drink lots of alcohol!

It has happened to me in the past, but not recently.
