I know quite a bit, what do you want to know OP?
I use whole sign houses, so I would look at the rising sign (ascendant) as the whole first house, second sign along as whole second house etc. Looks like this is set up as placidus, which is a different house system.
Anyway, usually for the 7th (which looks as though it could be cancer in whole sign houses) look to the ruler of that sign and where it is and what it's doing - cancer's ruler is the moon and your moon in this chart would be in the 9th house. Could this mean one of your significant relationships is with someone foreign, or a teacher? or something? (It may not be a current relationship).
Anyway re. the signs you've got there in leo, not sure what the Vx is but you've got lilith there. It's in the whole sign 8th house (rather than the 7th). I would probably not take it too seriously, many astrologers practice economy of craft, which involves just using the main planets and the sun/moon and nodes, things like lilith can overcomplicate it. Although Tom Jacobs on youtube has some good videos about lilith in the houses you might want to watch.
