It's that time of year again. Spooky stories would be much appreciated please.
Mine is very mild, I lost my mum 1995, 2 years before my first ds. We moved into this house in 1998 when ds was 7 months old. As he got older he would always wave to a certain corner in the hall, a well lit corner right by the front door. We were driving somewhere one day when he was about 2 1/2 and bohemian rhapsody came on the radio. He knew every word, my mum was the biggest queen fan and this was her song. He very often sat playing in the hall with the lady and when I showed him a photo of my mum he was shouting lady lady! Spooked us right out, but in a nice way

That is so lovely OP.

I've told this before but we have a family clock that was a wedding gift to my great grandparents. It belonged to my Great Auntie. My dad was very close to my Great Auntie (she didn't have kids) and gave my dad the clock. As a child I had very bad insomnia and I couldn't stand the clock chiming every hour, so my parents let the clock go flat and put it on the top of their wardrobe. On the night my great Auntie died the clock started chiming from the top of their wardrobe whilst my parents were in bed. Its spooky but comforting.

That's definitely spooky, but as you say comforting too
