Past Life regression

I had the opportunity with a qualified hypnotherapist to try this. I personally did not believe in as there are people who I have seen on TV and newspapers who claim to be reincarnation of cleopatra nefertiti and other historical figures. Anyway I did it. I was from anyone famous or in the least bit exciting but let's just say it was bizarre and I did have a past life. I recounted all sorts and strongly enough ive always hated certain weather and now it all fits. Anyone else had PLR.

I haven’t, but I’m interested in the topic. Do you think you benefitted from it?

Sitdowncupoftea · 27/09/2020 20:18

@Mustardfan yes it did. I didn't believe in it yet I do now. It was recorded so I googled some of it afterwards it was bizarre. I wasn't anyone of any standing in a past life but it did explain a lot.

Have always wanted to try this. I’m convinced I’ve been here before but can’t explain why?

Tell me more Op..

I want to try this but I'm a bit too scared to. I have a recurring memory of sitting next to an old man watching old Western films on a brown couch. And there's a children's centre near me that for some strange reason I feel like I worked there in the 1980s as an older woman. Just a vague feeling that I have worked there before as someone else.
I've no idea if it's just something from my past giving me false memories or if it is possibly snapshots of past lives.

DuchessMinnie · 12/10/2020 22:56

I would to try this. I get a real sense of familiarity from seaside towns, I feel like there are memories there which I almost remember then they slip away. I have never lived in a seaside town. I have had the feeling of familiarity since I was very young. I'm talking smugglers' inns and hideaways, not Brighton Marina Smile

When I was 5 I had a friend called Stephanie who used to say "when I was a little boy" and when I would tell her she was a girl she would look serious and say no, before, when I used to be a little boy. I wish I still knew her.

I would be interested in this too. For as long as I can remember I've had this memory of standing on a live railway line, and feeling the current going through my teethConfused

I've had quite a few past lives; I've been a victorian child maid, a witch and a rich woman rescued from a shipwreck.

My son did this when he was younger aged 3. He recalled his parents names and where he lived and they were names thay matched where he claimed to live. He also described having a 'black dad' and that he had died. This was all when he was very young and before he watched TV and you tube etc. We hadn't been talking about it,but he was just sad as his dad had died. I explained his dad was at work and fine and he said 'no it was my dad before this one '

I realise this is an old thread but I do find it all very interesting especially when young children start saying things that they couldn't possibly know. I've never done past life regression but I have certain fears and phobias and familiarities that I'm sure comes from a previous experience with these things and places that I haven't known in this lifetime.

I didn't do PLR yet, but I had some past life readings done. Especially one picked up on visions and bizarre woman I kept seeing in my dreams! www.etsy.com/listing/969546738/past-life-reading-past-life-past-life

MaddeningtheUnhelpful · 19/04/2021 14:23

my son used to rustle up all sorts of WW2 facts, as in really specific. We visited an old WW2 airbase and he literally babbled on all day about how it used to be. An older volunteer was absolutely flabbergasted because he was 100% correct on everything down to how many of each model of aircraft they had to the really specifics unique quirks of the place. He was only 3! He's 11 now and still 'recalls' a lot, is absolutely terrified of fire (to the point he will scream and hide) despite not having a reason to (in this life) it is very odd and I would love to explore this with him when he's older.
Nearest thing I've had is when I visited Dublin, absolutely fell in love with the place and knew it and my way around without having been there before. It felt like home.

LadyBugg · 19/04/2021 14:31

@MaddeningtheUnhelpful Oh thats funny, I had the exact same feeling in Dublin. I felt excited and totally relaxed at the same time and really felt like I was familiar with the surroundings. Also it rained a really light rain and when it was falling on my face I nearly cried because I've never felt so at peace and so complete before. I hadn't even been drinking! Yet!

TwilightSkies · 19/04/2021 14:36

I’d love to get this done. I believe in reincarnation and past lives so think it would be fascinating. I’m in NI and there’s a woman who does PLR via hypnosis.

CleverCatty · 28/04/2021 13:38
