Does anyone here interpret dreams?
I have always had quite lucid dreams
I saw my father who passed away some years ago, and told me to make up with my mother. The next day she passed away.
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had a dream of a little girl, and she knew me, she was my daughter. Also dreamt about my eldest son before he was born, and my 14 year old ds, that he would have so eproblems and he was leaning on me, he is autistic with learning difficulties, so will always be dependant on me. I always realise what the dreams mean after I have them, would be great if I knew before hand.
My latest dream, was about a man that I have a connection with, although nothing has happened beyond mutual flirting. I dreamt that he was in my house, helping me to fix something and I woke up. I found his presence comforting, and felt that he was guiding me rather than doing it for me. I would love some help to figure out what this could mean?

I have just posted about my dreams as well, from googling I saw the word lucid but couldn't find anything useful. It's weird isn't it having these dreams!

Your house represents your life in dreams. So presumably, you see him as some kind of solution to your personal problems. Also, if your house is old and shabby, you aren't happy with life; a luxury mansion and you're loving it.

I have always gone with the view that dreams are your subconscious's way of processing information and trying out solutions. I don't see them as symbolic in a general sense, although certain things in dreams may symbolise things to you as an individual - an example might be that a particular ex-partner represents your lost youth in your mind.

For this reason it's difficult to interpret other people's dreams - you are best placed to interpret this yourself, by examining what this man means to you; what associations apart from the obvious (if any) your house holds for you.

In a very general sense I would say it suggests you want this man to take on the role of a partner, someone who'd be around to help you fix things around the home and whose presence you'd find reassuring. In other words, your subconscious is trying out what it would feel like to have this man as a partner by creating a projection of this. Based on what you know, you believe this man would be a good partner.

You could analyse this further by looking into what you associate with the details. For instance, what was it he was helping you to fix? What do you associate with that thing? Is the dream replicating a similar occasion in the past when you saw someone else complete a similar task, and if so, what are your associations with that person?
