Orb went past me

At work yesterday a colleague said she saw an orb go right past me.
What does this mean?

Your colleague had a migraine?

Just realised this is in the unexplained, my reply was light hearted. Hopefully someone who knows about these things will be along!

Could be anything.
Could be a spirit or your guardian angel (I believe we have those)
