Ghosts of Carmel Maine

Has anyone watched the videos on YouTube of ghosts of Carmel Maine? My goodness, this gentleman lives amongst so much activity! If it's all true, he is the most brave human I've ever seen! What do you think??

I have Watched some. There seems to be a lot of misinterpretation of images (confirmation bias ) that he believes are faces or shadow figures. Some videos I think could easily be faked by clever editing and using wires etc. Some of the footsteps recorded sound identical to one another even when they were captured in different places. So I’m pretty dubious. What do you make of it?

Yeah I've been watching it before but because he shut of the comments I dont follow so much ...the comments helped with the people watching ,telling where the ghosts are etc i could never live in his house as well...i guess he has got used to it and he's formed some ghostly friendships by now.
