Have had a traumatic couple of years a d still looking for answers 😔

It seems as though recently you have had to leave behind a place or a situation that you really didn't want to. Has someone in your friendship group not been completely honest with you recently? What I have here is someone who takes takes takes -whether emotionally or who drains you physically or financially- and then returns for more. It seems as though they have no shame and are treating you and a never ending pot from which they can just help themselves. It seems a shame, as it looks like you had a great friendship up to that point. This person is also 'spoiling it for everyone, and it has affected the whole group.
Currently, you are the one keeping all the plates spinning. It looks like you are finding it hard to balance two elements of your life at the moment ; whether that is work and home, marriage and family, money in and money out...whatever the balancing act is, you don't feel like you can move forward from your current position. You might have to let the plates fall to the ground before you can truly move on. The eight of cups here reinforces that feeling -you are going to have to leave something behind in order to follow your own path. Try not to begrudge the sheer amount of effort you have put in in order to get to this point because all of those experiences are worthwhile and have made you who you are. I have nothing very bad here for you. The cards show that a decision over something new has been recently made -have you switched careers recently or moved house (or even decided between two partners)? There was a certain amount of indecision in the process, but it looks as though whatever the change was, it has resulted in more money, more time for yourself and a period of rest and time to enjoy the situation for what it is. Health worries can be put aside. Now is an excellent time to make plans for the future, so invest, invest, invest if you can. The Sun is your central card, which represents growth and prosperity and any money sunk will soon grow.
The future shows a little more indecision but it's more an embarrassment of riches type situation, where every choice looks to be a good viable one, so don't tie yourself in knots worrying too much; although that is also a warning to not rush blindly in and grab the first thing offered. If you are prone to wishful thinking, this is a warning to rein in those tendencies and keep an eye on the day to day practicalities a little more.

I wouldn't worry too much about the recent upsets that you've gone through. It might have felt as if the world was ending at the time, but looking back it was more of a storm in a teacup. Sometimes things have to be broken down into their component parts so we can see a situation much more clearly. What is lost is lost, and will have to be let go. Currently you are feeling as though something is holding you back. You want to get moving again ; perhaps change jobs, sharpen your intellect, start a new course, learn a language... but you have too much else on your plate right now to be truly thinking of that. You don't want to bite off more than you can chew. For the time being the cards are saying to stay just where you are. Prepare yourself and plan ahead for whatever it is that you want to do, because future cards show great success if you wait a while. The end result may very well be not what you expected, but you will enjoy it nonetheless.

I get the sense that you are in a way, your own worst enemy. You either put obstacles in your own way or may be too quick to see others as standing in the way of what you are looking to achieve.
You recent past shows that you have wanted to start a new project, but got distracted by friends and good times. It might seem as though it's easy to pursue what you have in mind, but you haven't tried to see how easy or hard it actually is. If you have previously coasted through on luck and judgement, then these cards are telling you to be a little more cautious because it is very easy to trip up if you don't pay attention to detail. You're a big picture person, and there's nothing wrong with that, but what I'm getting here is that you want other people to take up the slack without giving them too much guidance in the first place. It's a small adjustment to make -just listen; they do have common sense, but sometimes they just need to hear what the definitive plan is from you. Soon you will need to sink quite a lot into a new project but if you take advice from the man you trust the most, all will turn out ok.

It seems like you feel that life is a little out of control at the moment. You have recently been tempted by someone or a situation that you would never have previously considered. What has brought you to this place? Up to now things have seemed pretty idyllic, so is the change inside or outside of you? What I have here is a desire to break free from the staid expectations of you as a mother and a home maker. You feel at the moment as if you are literally willing to tear everything down around you, almost for the hell of it. There don't seem to be many clues, although going forward you have the Moon and the Queen of cups together, which indicates that any change you make should be guided by your unconscious. It could also mean that there is someone near to you who is about to drop their guard and reveal themselves to you emotionally.

There is a lot of balance represented in all of your cards. Are you the mediator in your family? I have a lot of sense that you often don't know what to do for the best,. Right now, particularly you are caught on a see saw of indecision and most of that seems to be because you are having to decide something on other peoples behalf. It seems as though you have recently missed an opportunity which you regret. It's not your fault – It looks as though you didn't recognise it for what it was at the time.
