I want to say that it looks like you are your own worst enemy. You are guilty of setting yourself ridiculous targets or standards that you have no hope of reaching, and then beat yourself up when you don't manage to attain them. You set yourself up to fail, and that is no way to continue.
There are a few cards to do with food, denial, temptation and emotion here. Is that a cycle that needs addressing? Balance as always is key with these things, which is easy to say, but looks like it could be consuming you with worry at the moment. Ha! I do the readings and write my impressions down in a word document then cut and paste them over later in chunks. It makes it easier for me to keep track of everyone's requests - too easy to lose track of the order in which people are requesting readings if they are popping up between my posts.

I've put in over 26 hours doing this so far, I run two businesses and it's currently taking up virtually all my down time. I am mindful that some people seem in dire straits (as my inbox will testify) but - and I cannot stress this enough- Tarot readings are not in any way to be relied upon as being any more accurate than guidance you would get from friends, family or simply doing an online tarot reading that will give you a random reading.
