Your ghost story

Have you ever seen a spirit/ghost ? As a lover of all things paranormal I'm interested to hear peoples experiences (if any ) with the paranormal .

I've had a couple of experiences . I was taking pictures once In a stately home and When I looked at the pictures on my phone there's was a face of a man with a hat on and he definitely was not there when I took the picture !

When I was young we used to live in an old farm type house and I seen a lady at the top of our stairs wearing an old fashioned maids outfit .

I have also seen my grandad since he has passed away .

I was hoping someone would make a new spooky thread.

I don't really have any myself but love hearing about them.

I have had spooky things happen in the last but I need to rack my brains first!

I love them to !

I've had a lot, of course people with be skeptical.

1. I was taking a selfie in my mums house and never liked sitting with my back to her front room door always felt weird. Anyway I was sat with my back to the door for the picture and didn't notice at first but in the selfie there was an outline of a man and a petite women. The outline of the man was broad and huge it scared the 💩 out of me. Even thinking about it now gives me the creeps!!!

1. Going down a country lane at night, ruined castle near and I said to my partner oh be-careful of that cyclist he has no lights on. THERE WAS NO CYCLIST! partner later googled the area and a few months before a cyclist got knocked off and killed on that stretch of road.

1. My mums house again, I swear her house is haunted 😳. I lived at home at this point and was walking down the stairs when I saw a pair of white stilettos. I thought that's a bit off no one has shoes like that. Looked back and they were gone. Spoke to my mum about it when she came in and about 30 minutes later she got a call to say one of her friends had lost their battle with cancer. Turns out this friend always wore white stilettos. I never met here.

I'm gonna stop there now as people will probably think I'm crazy 🙄. There are more but i feel creeped out just by typing those 3!

I need to see spooky photos! I am really on the fence, I think sometimes the suggestion is what spooks people out, but I did have a weird experience as a child. I used to have bad dreams and would always tell my mum there was a man in my room. My brother and I swapped rooms but he didn’t see anything. When we moved out a lady from down the road mentioned that the old occupants had died in that house, that room...apparently he was a nice man and wouldn’t have hurt me...no that’s fine, just scare the shite out of me!!

I LOVE these story's!!
I loved in a house 13 years ago, it was my first home and I was pregnant with my first daughter and lived with her dad there.
First few nights I use to hear footsteps up the stairs, they would stop outside our bedroom door this was most nights, occasionally I would get the door handle move too I use to freeze in my bed lol scared the c**p out of me!!

I was in the front room one day (it was an old terrace house where there long and narrow) and I heard a big crash in the kitchen I papped myself I knew something dodgy. I went in and all the cutlery was on the floor that had been washed and placed on the drainer!!

Also, a few times we came home to the smell of gas, the gas rings were turned on!!

Needless to say, we soon moved out 😂😂

It was only a year later, I learnt that a man had been murdered there.

ALSO when I was a little girl and living at my parents, I use to have dreams about opening a trap door and walking down under the house to a coal mine, there were always ghosts in the carts working etc they were very repetitive dreams.
When my mum moved out a few years ago we found out it had been built on a coal mine, wheee presumably a lot of men died. Strange eh
