Contraceptive pill

I'm in desperate need of some advice please.

So four months ago i started taking the combined pill; maexeni. I had no side effect or problems other than longer periods than usual which i thought would sort itself out with time. I went to my local GP for a repeat prescription of maexeni worked best for me. The doctor has proscribed me levest and told me it's the same pill as maexeni just branded differently.

Since taken levest a month ago, i've had really bad stomach cramps and pains, feeling sick, i've been super tired and drained. I've taken my pill levest 2 days ago after being on a week break and the sickness feeling and the stomach pains have all came back today.

Could this be my new pill?

Do you still have the old box to compare (or look up on internet)? Ingredients or dosage levels might be slightly different.
Defo speak to your doctor anyway.

Also make sure you take your pill with food; can cause nausea without. Have you changed time of day of taking it or anything?
