Hi, Can someone tell me what type of break clause in my contract. Since I have found a new place that suit my budget, I really want to move out of my current place asap. It states: " the landlord agree that the tenant has the right to terminate the Tenancy on or after the first Four months by giving the landlord not less than Two months prior notice to be served by first class post to the landlord's address to end the tenancy" So that means I can move out after the first 4 months or 6 months??[hmm][hmm] Thanks a lot[smile]
