I love strange but true stories. Things like Timeslips, ghosts, etc.

Hang on. I have a bit of a woo story. I’ve told Loads I’d people and no one believes me. Anyway when I was little I lived quite near a castle. It was quite delapidated and was owned by two old brothers. Most weekends I would walk up through the fields and through the woods with my grandma and her little dog and we would go up to the castle and go right to the top and wave to my mum in the garden. I think it was like 20p or something at the tile to go up. It was really quite dangerous up there really, the whole thing was falling down. Anyway the castle stood on top of this hill and there was only one path that went up to it. We would wander round the castle and one day I ran down the small hill towards the wooded area on the other side and when I got through the trees, I came out into this big meadow with a house with a veranda going all the way round it right at the other end. I ran back to tell my grandma because we’d never seen it before! How exciting! And my gran was just as nosy as me so I knew she’d want to come and have a look at it. I went and found her, we went back, nothing there. In fact what was there, was more teees and then the road. No meadow, no house. Nothing. I often wondered whether I dreamt it but I know I didn’t. That house was there, except it wasn’t.
