Physical Pain in a dream

On occasion I will have a dream where I can feel the physical pain of being hurt ..
I thought dreams can't hurt us ... Only thought of asking because my husband had a dream where he felt physical pain and he asked me if what he experienced was normal

I sometimes get physical pain in my legs when I'm asleep and I dream I am in pain and need to find painkillers ! Don't know what causes it but I do have health problems.

I've always been able to feel things in my dreams. Pain or pleasure and also fear. Always feels very real.

Same here. Can always feel pain, pleasure, anything.

I can eat and taste too.

Dreams feel a bit too real sometimes!

I dreamt I was being stabbed in the back once. I think the spring on the bed was bothering me.
