Dream of dying

I had a dream last night where I was diagnosed with an illness and only had a week to live.
I kept saying to family members in the dream "I feel completely healthy but I'm going to die soon?!" I put it down to some sort of lung cancer I thing. I have a cough at the minute and had a very slight wheeze last night and was worried about it, so said to DH I'm scared about it, so I think this caused the dream. However I feel freaked out. Some reassurance please?

This sounds like a classic anxiety dream to me! Hope that you're feeling better soon.
