Tax credits

I get tax credits every Monday today and extra £47 has gone into the bank , it's never happened mid week before
Can someone please tell me why
??? Has this happened to anyone else

People often find they get random payments around this time of year (financial year started 6 April) and around renewal time. I got a random extra payment two weeks ago, I assume it had something to do with me overestimating dh's earnings and HMRC being able to see exactly what he had actually earned throughout the financial year so adjusting things accordingly.
