Getting a dna

Hi all need advice please... 8 years a go a little girl was born i got told i was the father.. then was told i wasnt her father.. recently i have seen a picture of the little girl.. she is a spitting image as my other kids.. so she has lied all this time... i would like a dna test done but the mother has no right to the girl as she gave a way her child to her partners family i no they want agree to let me do a dna test is there any advice how to go about getting one because she could be my kids sister i think alot of wasted time all ready thanks all
