He has just started having riding lessons and really enjoys them but is complaining that he keeps banging his penis on the front of the saddle.

Anyone else have this problem. What can I do? I'm not used to boys and their problems

my 11 has tears in his eyes after reading your post. Sorry

Are there any males at the stables you could have a quiet word with?

bumping for you anyway.

I don't fancy going up to a male I hardly know and asking him if he bangs his willy on the saddle .

What about a cricket box. Is that a ridiculous idea. I just can't think of anything that is designed to protect that part of the body. Or is it his riding technique?

I think snug fitting pants are the answer. Does he wear boxers? They would let everything dangle dangerously wouldn't they?

I'm sure those jersey type boxers that are more figure hugging would offer more support and protection.

maybe he needs a less bouncy pony while he's deepening his seat, I haven't got a willy but had a few minge/pommel skirmishes when first trotting and cantering without stirrups

Not normally a problem and I'd say it is either the cut of the saddle or his riding technique.

I'd suggest you mention to the stable people that he is bumping the pommel and it is causing discomfort without going into details!

Get him to sit more on his bum
