Help - riding leggings/jodhpurs for dd12 with a phone pocket?

Be kind as we’re not a riding family - dd isn’t super horsey or anything but has lessons and can canter, go on hacks etc.

She wants riding leggings with a proper pocket for a phone (pref zipped if poss) and am struggling as so many online descriptions aren’t clear. She also wants them in plain black/dark blue.

Am also struggling with the sizing - so many reviews say they come up very small. Dd isn’t very tall - 4ft 10 - and is average slim, so age 11-12 in most high street brand clothes, sometimes smaller. Small waist but she has proper hips/curves as has hit puberty.
But don’t want to size up and find they’re too long!

Dts like Ariat, LeMieux and Aztec Diamond sticky bums. my bank balance does not. They all have deep phone pockets. You won't get a zipped pocket in tights. No one wears actual jodhpurs at our yard unless competing.

Have you git a tack shop where you can go and try on?

My DD swears by CT Equine tights. Very sticky, deep phone pocket. You'll not get zipped though.

I've got a great pair of Harry Hall riding tights with a big deep pocket for a phone. They're excellent on board and also for working (and walking) in.

Thanks all this is helpful. Unfortunately no tack shop near by and need for hols so short of time.
The sizing is driving me mad - some don’t give an age - just height or adult (XXS) sizes. Will be a guessing game.

CT leggings appear to be either 10-12 or 13-15 - I’m not sure either size will be right argh.

Aztec diamond size 'teen' which are unfortunately in the adults section so are priced accordingly. For my 2 very different shaped dc from age 10 to nearly 15 so probably can't go wrong there

I live on a farm and work all day in ‘Canter’ brand jodhs which are about £20 from Amazon. Thick, soft, feel quite cotton like and have a big-ish zip pocket. Available in navy and black.

I’m a size 14 but am more comfortable in a 16, only because I don’t have a waist.

DD has been known to simply keep her phone in the side of her boot.. not ideal but works well in a pinch!

Thanks all - have ordered a couple of different sizes and brands, will see what’s what.Dd is definitely one of the shortest in her friend group and we find adult sizes, even in xs are too big. I was totally confused with what Teen size meant.

She won’t use her phone for normal lessons but likes to have it to take photos on special hacks abroad etc.

The teen sizing is around an adult size 4 but give or take either way of the size due to stretch of the fabric. The length similar in that or accommodates a range of sizes
