Sales for 🐎horse clothing, teenager - Ariat, Lemieux etc

Hi,
I'm parent to a horse mad teenager. No idea what is cool!
She'd like another lemieux base layer and jodhpurs, plus an ariat insulated jacket.
I was going to go halves with her after Christmas with some of her present money.
Do they have sales?
And any other good advice for me?? It's a new world!

Yes there will be sales - some will have already started. If you google le mieux or Ariat you’ll get a raft of companies offering different prices - as with all kinds of fashion the biggest discounts will be on the less popular colours or sizes so if your daughter is particularly small you might find a bargain.

Both those brands are extremely popular with teenagers on the yards we’ve been on - easier said than done but if you can, try to steer her away from feeling she needs everything to match or that she must have a saddle pad in all the latest shades - she’d be better off spending the money on lessons, master classes, putting it towards a riding holiday etc

Instagram has just informed me that the Weatherbeeta ‘boxing day’ sale has just started. 🤔Ariat has a ‘pre sale sale’ on their website at the moment. I use Naylors quite a lot - they are pretty reliable, have free delivery and stock lots of brands (and are always emailing me 10% off codes).

She's small for her age so we're looking for the Ariat kids coat in XXL as this should fit. She has one base layer and matching hat silk, that's all so far.

How old is dd? My 10 year old is still all about Le mieux but 13 turning 14 and her friends are straying in to Holland cooper, ps of sweden type camps and less obsessed with full matchy sets. Aztec diamond still popular though and some of the other smaller brands like blackfort. Both dc also like premier equine. I got the large kids stoat coat for dd1 but it looks small so switched that to dd2 and got dd1 xs adults premier equine blouson. The longer ariat coars are currently half price at hope valley fwiw. Was eying one up myself the other day

I’ve got adult XS and kids XXL Ariat baselayers. The kids one is I would say is the equivalent of about a size bigger (the adult one I would say is a size 8-ish). So if she’s small I wouldn’t discount a kids XL or even L fitting if they happen to be the only sizes available.

I think the XXL kids ariat jacket will be good for her for now. We did try an adult jacket in a shop, but the sleeves were so loooong!
