I'm taking a bit of a punt here, but thought it was worth testing the water. Full disclosure, I'm not a parent and, at 62, not intending to become one!
I own 2 beautiful ponies: a 14.2 hh Highland gelding and a 14 hh traditional piebald cob gelding, both substantial, chunky boys. They live on a lovely DIY yard in Aston Rowant, near Lewknor; there's lovely hacking, an outdoor school and a smaller indoor school. We're mainly happy hackers, although the Highland enjoys school work.
I'm looking for an adult sharer, 2 to 3 days per week, ideally including weekdays. Days can be flexible. I'd describe myself as a competent novice, so that's the skill level I'm looking for. Max weight 12 stone/75 kg. Sorry, no children, my set-up isn't suitable for them. I don't want any financial contribution, but help with jobs, horsey housework (poo picking, grooming, tack cleaning etc) is part of the deal.
