Anybody bought from Equestrian Stockholm?

DD is after this saddle pad here by Equestrian Stockholm. But it says that the buyer has to cover all taxes and any import duties. Has anyone purchased anything from them? And were there extra costs above the normal shipping cost? It’s pricey enough before anything else is added.

Yes, the carrier will contact you to get payment for taxes prior to delivery.

simplyduty.com have an import duty calculator. Looks like it will be roughly £17?

It depends how much you’re buying. As long as it’s under £135 including postage you shouldn’t be charged import fees/taxes. At least that was the case last time I ordered from them.

Can you find a UK stockist to avoid the issue? I think Equissentials used to stock ES Stockholm
