Rider insurance

Hi all - I am starting a share agreement in the new year (very exciting!!!). As part of the conditions I need to take out public liability insurance.

I know that BHS membership comes with automatic insurance, but what experiences do people have with this, or is there anything else anyone would recommend?

TIA Smile

I’ve always used the BHS one. Never needed to claim on it mind.

I've added named rider insurance to Petplan Equine and been able to cancel, amend and stop it without being penalised and whatnot.

A young girl helped to restart a little Welsh pony I had who was initially intended as a non-ridden companion. I changed his insurance details and added her to a rider plan on his cover and can't think off the top now what it was but didn't cost that much more to monthly standing order.

I've got the Harry hall gold one, haven't had to claim on it though...
