Dd has got
The all essential matchy matchy Le mieux oak jacket, hat silk, head collar, top and GP suede pad.
New hat (if our tack shop ever manage to get them in !)
Jodhpur boots
Pack of 3 hy socks
New schooling whip as she managed to break the old one slamming the boot shut on it 🙄

I need a few little stocking fillers, any ideas ? She has a full grooming kit, plaiting bands, leather oil, blingy brow band. I'm pretty much drawing a big old blank.

Gloves? I like Roekl ones

Does she have her own pony? How old is she? Would she appreciate a nice framed photo of her and dpony? If it wasn't so close to Christmas I'd suggest a pencil drawing of pony.

Or if too young teen for that a "her name & pony name" personalised kit bag? There's a big difference between 13 and 17 yo preferences!

Also what does she do with her pony? Hacking? Dressage? Showing? Etc? Do they compete?

A solo comb for mane pulling; a fluffy or sparkly Haas brush; pack of unicorn treats to share with DPony; rhythm beads; a unicorn horn fly veil; bit butter; a snood; hat ear warmers

So she has a riding school loan, she likes showjumping and XC. She's 12.
Sadly for DD she broke her wrist the weekend before last. Not riding though, oh no. Ice skating 🙄. So poor thing won't even get to try her new gear til February.

I’ve got my older teen some horse ‘bath bombs’ from Honest Riders, a brocade stock from Top Stocks, some hand cream and some treats for her horse. We’re going to Not-Olympia which is our Christmas tradition and I’m hoping to pick up a new hat for SJ and dressage there

DD12 is getting a silver champion 4 star
DD8 is getting the Charlie's Owen this esme skull which has the benefit of different sized liners so fits 3/4 hat sizes by changing the liner. The medium shell covers 56,57 and 58 although I believe there is a 55 liner to fit it too.
I ordered that from randr country yesterday and it's arriving later today

They are getting long winter yard boots each as the leather jodhpur boots are getting trashed in the mud. DD8 has a pair of wood wear ones that are like long padded muckers and DD12 is getting hyLAND Nordic I think they are called. Bit more riding boot style.

Does she have her own grooming bag/stirrups? Last year mine got their own bags and free jump stirrups. Much easier having your own leathers always at your length too

DD8 broke her arm falling off a gate a couple of months ago, having tried jumping a course and cantering in an open field on a particularly cheeky pony for the first time that day. Tbf she was riding within a week 🙈😆

A hoof boot. Fed up of turning up at competitions only to find the horse has left a shoe at home and DD didn't notice. Probably not what every teen wants though!

Best thing I’ve brought lately has been a bendy spiral hosepipe that has an attachment to put the shampoo in - i can literally bath a horse in 5 minutes, one handed, while drinking coffee and smoking a fag - I am the envy of the yard !

She doesn’t have her own horse otherwise I’d love to get her a Christmassy head collar as Mole Valley has really lovely soft red and white ones

My 19 year old was spoiled rotten at Your Horse Live so the only horsey stuff she is getting this year is a pair of acavello stirrups as she has joint problems and I am hoping this will help, thermal socks, and a waterproof saddle bag for long hacks so she can pack a snack, water, hoof pick and mobile phone.

My eldest daughter has just grown out of a pair and the look on her face when she put them on to start with said it all. Consequently younger DD's request was for a pair the same as her sister this time round!! We've had the first pair for 2 years, worn regularly and still look in good condition.

This is what my daughter got:

thank god mine has grown out of the matchy-matchy stage but even when she was well into it she wouldn’t have got a fraction of that …

IME of being around Pony Club kids, the ones who have everything handed to them on a plate don’t appreciate it half as much as those who have to wait or work for things

Mine got an Equestrian Stockholm saddle pad that works with baby horse’s insanely high withers. She’s not into matchy matchy so nothing needed to go with it.

I know we are after Xmas now but I’m getting ideas from here for next year …
