Hi,
I'm hoping to grab some Hoys tickets when they go on sale on Friday Smile
I've looked at the timetable and see that there are different arenas , can anyone tell me if you have to buy tickets for specific arenas or can you go in and out to different ones depending on what you want to see?
Thanks!

There are 2 types of tickets - shopping only or Tickets for the International (showjumping and showing) and Caldene (the smaller, showing arena)
If you buy the one for the International arena that automatically lets you into the Caldene to watch the showing. The seats here are unreserved so first come first served. The International is reserved seats so you have to sit in your allocated seat theoretically, although when I turn up at 6.50am on a Saturday no one usually cares!
Also.....Sat & Sun tickets are Day or Evening, the rest of the week they're for the whole day and evening.
Hope that helps

That does help a lot thank you Helen Rose.
Do you know roughly how much the day & evening tickets are likely to be?
It would be nice to do both but if too expensive I'll have to choose which to go for!

If you buy early enough - for the whole day/evening £35ish -£95 ish per day in the week.
Sat/Sun separate tickets for daytime and evening sessions, price as above per session.
The more expensive ones are better seats in the International arena. If you're only going to watch showing (mostly in Caldene) just buy the cheapest tickets.

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone can advise about parking options for this event?

We've booked tickets for the first time and usually you get parking info and opportunity to book parking when you book the tickets but I can't seem to find info?

Many thanks

HelenRose1111 · 20/05/2021 12:12

From what I recall you just park in one of the designated HOYS car parks (signposted) and catch the Park & Ride from there - pay on the gate/machine in car park, ticket operates gate to get out. Might be different this year though?
I always get the train, much easier as station really close to the halls.

mumontherun14 · 20/05/2021 12:50

@HelenRose1111 which station is it? We are travelling from Scotland but would probably rather take the train than drive. Cheers

HelenRose1111 · 20/05/2021 12:55

@mumontherun14 - Birmingham International - about 5 min walk from platforms to venue all indoors.
Unless you arrive before 9am and want to go into the International arena to watch showing early, as they won't allow you to walk through the shopping area when the stalls aren't open, so you have to walk outside to the main entrance rather than through the shops.

Thanks helenrose1111
