Renting land south east

Hello, I was just wondering wether anyone had any idea of the average cost for renting 8-9 acres in East Sussex. The fields are split between 2 acres (split in half, with water, no electric, and 2 stables plus storage) and the remaining 6-7 acres is one large flat field which isn't split, but could be with electrical tape etc.

No other facilities.

How much would this rent for on a monthly basis do you think to one person privately ?

I know of 7acre field East Sussex, water no stables no electric which is £400pcm. Amazing hacking.Tenant expected to pay for rolling, harrowing, fence repairs.

If there is no school is the hacking any good? Imagine you'd be looking at around £500-600pcm with the stables & enough average for 5-6 horses depending on the soil and if any hacking available.

With stables it should be at least £500 pcm for that acreage.
