Would you wear woofwear boots for riding?

I wouldn't normally consider it, but it seems to me that the stirrup irons make a difference to the normal rules. (Indeed, I've seen kids riding in trainers and wellies without any objection from the riding school.)

Thanks, I'll have a look & good point about getting leathers, too. That would make life easier. I am concerned about gear getting stolen when she's off riding or away from the stable. Some stuff (including 2 phones) disappeared during the holidays. It's a thief's paradise.

Sadly gear does go walkabout. Mark everything! Keep all in a locked box.

They're nice but in effect they're the same as the Woofwear ones. She'll get wet feet (I have some - they're warm and comfy but not dry).

My daughter has the normal brogini long riding boots and they come in a wide leg options. Size up for thick fluffy socks?

Any i understand the problem as DD is 8 but has size 4 feet and wears age 12 clothes so finding appropriate long boots is a nightmare

may as well get thses if you are happy to spend 100

Can you get a cheap lockable tackbox? Maybe second hand filing cabinet (check it still locks!) Or you might even find lockers
