BHS vote of no confidence?

I have BHS membership for the insurance. I have just had a letter from them asking me to vote in an extraordinary General Meeting against a vote of no confidence board, the chair and chief exec. No supporting info.

Does anyone have a clue what this is about?

There's a lot on the horse and hound forum about it. I've no idea either and they don't have my current address so I won't get to vote, how helpfu am I 😂

H & H Forum is not helpful as it doesn’t really explain the background. Some body got fired & kicked up a fuss, somebody travelled to China too much??

Yes I got the letter too. I've no idea.

I’ve got an email now, for ‘clarification’. Still no idea what it’s all about (that may be my brainpower though and not their fault. )

I've been following some of the threads on H&H about this. Will try to remember the things.
Culture of bullying seems to be the worst, forcing long-standing members of staff out, BHS being taken to tribunals by said staff.
Then there is the spending: The executive posts have more than doubled, with the resultant rise in wages costs. The 'horsebox' ( very big & expensive) to be used for promotions only, a giant puppet (not sure of details on that one).
Also that BHS doesn't really listen to its membership. I have first hand experience of that.
There is more but I can't remember it all.

Seems like BE, BD and BS all have similar complaints being made against them of not listening to the membership.
