Where are shops selling child riding boots in London or Andover

Please help me find riding boots for my 5yo.
The pair we bought over ebay have been lost by the post office, so now I need to find a shop selling child boots tomorrow!

Horse and hound suggests Harrods or Hyde Park stables, which are completely unaffordable.
Lillywhites, John Lewis and Decathlon Surrey Quays, don't sell boots.

Any suggestions in either central or south London or Andover?!?

There is a Mole Valley in Andover, not sure what the range is like but definitely do boots.

I've phoned round innumerable places in London. 1 place quoted me £200 For child boots. Everyone else said "oh no, we stopped stocking boots a while ago...everyone buys off the internet these days."

Speedgate in Chislehurst is just outside S London but think they would. I bought my daughter's boots from Decathlon in Charlton
