My son rides once a week and has outgrown his jodhpur boots.

Sport's direct sell them for half the price of our local tack shop but are they any good?

I was looking at the Requisite ones.

If he only rides once a week they won't be exposed to 'weather'! It's the mud and rain that ruin leather boots.... Especially if they're not looked after. To be honest, unless he's competing I think it's pointless spending £££s on boots. As long as they have a sturdy heel and support and stabilise the foot, it doesn't really make much difference as to the make. My daughter is now in my Ariat long boots. Shock And as soon as she dismounts I insist she swaps to her yard boots. Hmm

Resquite stuff is generally decent quality. It might not last for every but for what you need you won't go wrong with them.

You're welcome. It belongs to Robinsons Country Leasure who are a big brand/store and have been going for many years.
