Oh that Amazon ad! It took me a while to twig which one you meant as it was on once and I only half watched it (and didn't even realise it was Amazon as I was too busy marvelling at the woman's willingness to be burgled and/or murdered in her bed). I agree, poor little thing doesn't look too good. Perhaps the owners did notice but thought the plebs wouldn't and the fee would help towards the vet bill... .
