Abscess

Long gap between childhood pony and new horse. Horse has an abscess on his face, been there since new year... No sign of healing despite antibiotics etc. Any suggestions?

I think you're probably better speaking to someone who's seen it. I imagine a lot depends on where it is and where it originates from. What has the vet said? Have his teeth been checked?
