Eeek, returns...

I bought a lovely new headcollar for dhorse last weekend, sheepskin padded and everything. Tried it on her and it doesn't fit :-( stupid dinosaur head. Can I take it back? There are no marks on it, I have the receipt, and I have cleverly reattached the price tag....

I don't see why you can't take it back if it hasn't been used and you have the receipt. People buy the wrong size things all the time because the sizes can vary so much. I had to return dhorse's dually headcollar because cob was too small (and yes I reattached the tag as well Grin).

My local tack shop are good about returns - I had to return a rug which didn't fit, and they took it back.
