Strong Pony Update

Just a quick update for anyone who gave advice on original thread. My daughter worked really hard on her riding over the summer and we tried out a lot of the techniques suggested. Although the pony can still have her moments my daughter has grown in confidence and is more able to cope. I believe we are now at the start of a happy partnership.

What did you decide to do about bits? I seem to remember there was a bit of a discussion about bits.

Oh that's great ! Well done to your DD for persevering , they look like the're going to make a fabulous team . So pleased .

mrslaughan We settled on hanging cheek snaffle as stronger bits made no difference and some really upset the pony.
