I had a ground work lesson using one of these tonight and now need to buy one. So before I she'll out a fortune does anyone have one they'd like to sell me? I need a black (cob size).

Smile they go for almost new price on eBay and preloved. My advice would be just to buy a new one. I'd never sell mine unless I knew I'd never have a horse to put it on. Mine came out of the cupboard last week when my lad who has loaded perfectly for 3 years decided the ramp was as far as he was willing to go! I used it a lot in the past for when he was bolshy being led in and out from the field and the smaller size for my little mare who as on box rest with a 5 minute 'walk' a day. They're great

I spent some time looking for a decent second-hand one with no luck. As Lovesswimming says people tend to hang on to them as they are very useful. I bought a new one in the end, pricy but worth it IMO.

I got lucky (hopefully) from an equestrian group run by a friend on Facebook, £40 shipped.

One of the other girls on the yard is lending me hers until it arrives! New lad is very good tacked up, but his stable and lead rope manners are dreadful and at 16.1hh I can't and won't have it.
