Advice on travelling with a baby in a wagon

We have a wagon with no seatbelts (too old), what is the safest way to transport a baby in the wagon as we can't use a cr seat? Thanks

Obvieously I know retro fitted seatbelts is the best way but other than that

Yeap put seat belts in or bolt some straps in.
