Had my first lesson today in several 10 years.
OUCH!
I don't think I am going to be able to get out of bed tomorrow!
My seat bones are very tender, the tops of my thighs are chafed and that's before the aches kick in!
I think I was too ambitious going for a full hour lesson - but I did gain a bucketload of confidence that my seat hasn't left me completely! 
How do you lovely ladies keep 'riding fit'? Any tips on how I can improve my fitness specifically towards riding?
