Ragwort

I live in the North West and was really shocked to discover flowering ragwort this week. Is it normal to have it flowering in November, or is this just another effect of global warming?

I don't know, but I saw some flowering on the grass verge a few days ago,and we are in the midlands. It was so warm on Sunday that the dds wore t-shirts to ride in-this time last year it was -10 here.

I've got all sorts of stuff flowering in my garden that shouldn't be. I keep having a 'last' tidy-up before the winter and then realising a week later that a lot more stuff needs weeding/mowing/trimming back. I've still got peppers flowering on my allotment!
I can't believe it's halfway through november and we're having to be careful about the shetland getting too much grass.
